1. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or damage.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not exchangeable.

Personalized, custom, or intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Process

Request: Submit your exchange request via WhatsApp, customer service hotline, or Nittera’s social media pages with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Approval: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping: Send the items via courier to the address provided by our customer care team. Inform us via call, Facebook, or WhatsApp once dispatched.

Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.
Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective or incorrect.

International Orders: Customers outside Sri Lanka are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Availability & Alternatives

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable:

You may choose an alternative item of equal value.

Refunds are only issued if the original item was defective or damaged.

Nittera will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements of defective or incorrect items.
